Go to the Google Search and type in Chin Strap. You will find a post from RenoTom. Click on his name and then you can e-mail him to request his pattern. He will send it to you. I did that recently and I now have his pattern and instructions. Have not had time to get the materials for it yet but it looks like it will work well for me.
