I have been on CPAP for about a year and a half I have my setting at 12 in the last couple of months I have started feeling the same symptoms return that caused me to start CPAP so I just went yesterday for a consultation with sleep doc I have lost aprox 65 lbs since starting CPAP he said that he has never increased the pressure for someone who has lost weight he thinks that my pressure may now be to high and therefore causing me to not sleep well
He scheduled me to return next week for a new sleep study
can pressure to high have a negative effect?
I also hope to get a heated humidifier out of this sleep study

thanks
