I am a newbie to this site. I was diagnoised with Sleep Apnea about 3 wks. ago.
You are all so great to share your ups and downs and what helps. Thank you all!! You have made all of this easier to get used to.
I went to an ENT a couple of days ago and he gave me a gel for my nose I had not heard of.
It is OTC med. It is supposed to be in Supermarkets,Pharmacies, etc. I have had trouble finding it though.
Its call Rhinaris. Maybe someone has already used this, and I have just missed it on the forum.
Hope it can help. Works good for me.
