I'm not sure if I undestand how this will help.

I have used from time to time a piece of plastic made by my dentist to deal with "grinding my teeth". It works well for its purpose, but increase drooling. And it's possible to mouth breath with it.

What kind of mouth guard are we talking about, Steph?
