Hi Walt, it is noisy, isn't it? One thing I learned from this forum is that you can reduce the noise by triming the inside where the exhale holes are. There is some extra raised material that you trim (it is hard to do this). There have been other posts about this so if you do a search of nasal aire and noise you can probably find a better discription on how to do this. Good luck in reducing the noise.
