I'm sorry the gel is supposed to be like the Ayr gel, you can use it in the nose for sores,etc. It is supposed to help moisturize the nose, and I believe that it has Aloe too. There is a nasal spray too.
I did have an over night sleep study done. The study showed I had a moderate case of sleep apnea. The ENT I saw is pro autopap/cpap therapy. I was amazed to be honest, to find a doctor that would explain things (my sleep study) and be very helpful. I have not had such good luck till this ENT. He wrote me a prescription for a heated humidifer which the DME has been dragging there feet on..
