I began Sleepnet.com in 1995, to get the message out to the public about sleep and sleep disorders.

After 2 years of answering personnel email questions I realized the need for a permanent place where people could ask and answer questions. A place where someone could seek the answer to their query and hopefully a place that would become a support group for all.

The forums are 5 years old, full of great memories for me and a huge amount of information provided by all of you.
