I stumbled upon this site. I had just been diagnosed with moderate OSA and handed a C-Pap machine and mask. I did not know the first thing about sleep apnea, but, thanks to this forum, I learned. This forum has guided me through getting the mask just right, recognizing when treatment was not working, through my recent transition to Bi-Pap.

I have met some wonderful people on the forum; Phil D., Reno Tom, Alamo Joe, Perry, thanks for your support both on and off forum. I appreciate you!

I have a couple of favorite posts from the past when forum space was not so precious and we could have some fun. Check out Perry's explanation of "delayed itch syndrome" at
http://www.sleepnet.com/apnea44/messages/191.html and Delana's priceless HHOW song (to the tune of Garth Brook's Low Places) at http://www.sleepnet.com/apnea26/messages/679.html

Thanks again to everyone who has made this forum possible!

Karen :-)
