I too thank you for this form,
I have been on cpap for 5 months now. As soon as I found out I had sleep apnea, I search the web and found your website. It explained to me all I needed to know, plus all of the people here who post, gave me the answers to the problems all cpap users run up against trying to be good hose heads.

I can't truly express my appreciation for what your form has done for me.

I'm sure I would of not had the success with cpap without your form.
