SLEEP APNEA AND PULMONARY HYPERTENS

I HAVE SEVERE SLEEP APNEA AND AM CPAP AT 17 WITH OXYGEN. I HAVE BEEN TOLD I HAVE MILD PULMONARY HYPERTENSION. THIS SOUNDS SCARY!! I NEED SOME INFORMATIONPLEASE.
