I'd just like to take this opportunity to thank Sandman and all of the other Contributors who make this site what it is.
When I had my sleep test and found I had OSA I did an internet search and stumbled onto this site. Thanks to the information I got here, I was well prepared when I went to my MD for a perscrption. I had researched the forums and knew that I needed to demand heated humidification. I had read many opinions of masks and machines, so the choices were easier. When I was "assigned" a DME I quickly realized that I could make a change and I did.
The knowledge shared on this site is so valuable to us all.
Now after 10 months I am doing well with CPAP. I read these forums regularly, although I don't post much. The advice shared here helps me to know that my experiences are normal and I'm not the only one going through this.
Thank you all for your help and companionship.

Dan
