Hello people,

I am was having sleep apena probelms and has it seen to as I never knew I had it. It was like this fatuige tiredness keept creeping up on me.

This year I reached my "Crunch period" I got sleep deprived and was suffering severe depression before i discovered i had sleep apeona.....then it was downhill and a painful wait for treatment.

As soon as i found out, i made arrangement to get CPAP to keep me togeather. As to top it off I had chronic breathing trouble by day in my nose. I was always blocked and snuffly and sneezy all year around.

Saw ENT, and found a the root problem and when for op as soon as possible. As my nose was overgrown with excess tissue. My small, flat nose narrow airways made all this a living nightmare for me as days wore by. I soon found myself having to get this under control, As I had some nasty near misses on my life whist out and about my daily routine, all due sleep apnoea being out of control !!

Now I got the op and had my tubrinate was reduced. I am still using CPAP for the apenas. I think will be stuck on CPAP for my the rest my life.

But it is far better on CPAP then being blocked all year around with bunged up airways and risking myself due to daytime sleepniess and OSA problems by night.
