You need to buy or make a manometer, which will allow you to measure the pressure directly. Do a search of the forums on "manometer", and you should pull up several messages explaining how to make a crude one that many claim works well. I purchased one for about $10 from one of the vendors in the Sleep Mall. Your pressure probably is fine and you just got used to it, but you probably will want to measure it just for peace of mind, right?
