Lots of Apnea at Div. Motor Vehicle

Posted by Addy on August 30, 2002 at 07:49:27:

I was at the DMV office today having my registration renewed. How awful to sit there and be able to identify sleep apnea candidates but not be able, in all politeness, to tell these people to get a study. Scary, huh?
Drivers who would benefit from some kind of medical intervention for a condition that causes so many accidents.
However, I do not need security carting me off to the local crisis intervention for annoying people, LOL. There ought to be a campaign to place literature in DMV offices. Hmmmm, good idea - just thought of that. I think I'll look into that.
