Have you tried other nasal pillow systems? I have used the breeze for about 18 months. I am also a side sleeper, and it stays put very comfortably. How do you position your bed pillow when sleeping, do you "hang your mask over the edge"?
What about the hose, do you have it secured above your head to allow turning without the hose pulling at your mask?
