flonase use with Cpap

Has any one used flonase with there cpap mask?I am a new user- 1 week now and I was getting terrible headaches and my eyes are so red and sore all day.The DME prescribed flonase and said it would help with dryness.I feel like I am sleeping through the night with maybe 1 or 2 cpap mask ajustments.Is this a temporary thing or is there a problem.I thought my mask was leaking air into my eyes,but I think I would feel it if it was.
Help please!!!!
