what is your pressure?
if medium (9+) you probably
need a humidifier. If high (14+) you
probably need a heated humidifier. Both of
the 'when and how much you need it' depend upon your physiology and your environment. At 10% rel
humid, almost everyone needs a humidifier.
At 90% rel humid, those with lower pressures
might actually dislike any humidifier. YMMV.

If you are already properly humidified, the Flonase may be a help. I use it during the
Atlanta 'tree and bush' spring allergy season.
It does not make much difference with the filtered CPAP, but makes a huge difference during the non-filtered hours. This makes my nose
be in better shape when I hook up the CPAP.
