Hi,
I'm a CPAP newbie,too, 1 month for me.
Before I went on my CPAP, I used flonase, that was prescribed by my regular doctor.
When I went to see an ENT, he told me to discontinue use of it,because the flonase was drying out my nose.
I started using a saline spray called Ayr,that can be purchased over the counter, that seemed to help me alot.
Then when I had a follow up with my sleep doctor, he prescribed Nasonex.
Good Luck,
Jess
