I had the same trouble with the nose clips - plus, even though I used my humidifier at a higher setting, the air felt cool and bothered my teeth. Also, once I rolled over in bed and the accumulated saliva dang near choked me when the air pushed it down my throat! I wish it would have worked, it seemed like a good idea and my sleep doc. and DME both thought I was an excellent candidate. If anyone has any ideas on how to combat the nose clip problem, I'd be willing to try it again despite the other issues. BTW, my bi-pap is set at 12/9 (normally 15/12 with my Breeze), maybe that had something to do with it?
