Retitration is for pressure, not usually for mask size. However, my sleep doctor recommends early re-titration at eight weeks or so. They did this on my own machine. They've since done the periodic retitration with the diagnostic machines. I'm not sure if they've changed their policy, or if doing it with one's own machine is a special rule for initial follow-up.
