The measure of your air pressure is called Centimeters of H2O. You can make a measure of the pressure by sticking the end of your hose into a bucket of water. Mark the point on the hose when the air bubbles just barely stop coming out. Measure from the mark to the end of the hose in centimeters. That should be your pressure.

Not as elegant or high tech as an electronic gauge, but it should be pretty accurate if you do it carefully.
