Pulling off Breeze every night

Posted by Burneedog on September 29, 2002 at 17:50:33:

I have been on CPAP for about 3 weeks now. I have been using the Breeze with some success since I started, with a ResMed Remstar Plus with heated humidifier (set on 3) and a pressure of 8. The Breeze is plenty comfortable enough, and a few nights I have made it through the whole night, but more often I end up taking it off during the night. I wake up in the morning, and it's sitting by the bed. Any suggestions on how to keep it on? I've tried wrapping a chinstrap around the top of the headgear, but I can't stand the feel of the chinstrap on my face (I haven't had problems keeping my mouth shut while sleeping, so the chinstrap hasn't been needed for that).

Any thoughts or suggestions? The nights I do keep the Breeze on I wake up feeling great. I'd like more of that!!

Thanks!
