I didn't know that..that we're suppose to breathe through our noses at night and our mouths during the day. I breathe through my nose during the day unless I have a stopped up nose from allergies. maybe that's why I keep gulping air through my mouth like a goldfish every once in a while. Should I be breathing through my mouth all the time?
