You're intelligent enough to make that decision yourself when you're awake. If the air is “dirty” you should definitely breath through you nose, but otherwise it’s up to you.

When we sleep we’re not making necessarily conscious decisions. The general facts about breathing resistance is only important as an explanation why most of us normally breath through our noses when sleeping and one of the reasons why it’s recommended by experts.
