Ive been on cpap for a year, and things are much better. Lately though, ive been tired and sleepy a bit again. Nothing too bad. My 11 year old nephew is staying with me for a week. He doesnt know about the cpap. His room is next to mine, and last night he said, "You snore aunty" :o( I asked him more about it, and he said it wasnt real loud, but if he could hear it, it must have been loud enough. Also, ive heard myself snoring occassionally too. Last night i had my chin strap on, and my lips together, and i woke up hearing myself snore. This will sound niave of me, but i didnt know you could snore with your mouth closed. Its such a b*gger. Its spring here though, and my sinuses are a bit blocked, so im going to go and get some stuff for that today.

Grrrrr, i thought i had this thing sussed.
