Katie - It has been a year! Call your sleep doctor, get retested, see if you need changes. If you are on xPAP and it is working as it should, you may have a little quiet snoring (is that an oxymoron?) but not so much that you can be heard in the next room! You may need to go up, you may need to go down, but only your sleep doctor will know for sure!
