Pumping air into your airway may help you; pumping air into the bedroom will definitely not help you.

So if you open your mouth even slightly, you lose pressure. So either learn to breathe through your nose at night or take steps to solve the problem such as a FullFace mask or something.

but don't waste your time using cpap and having your mouth open at night... all it does is pump air into the bedroom instead of down your airway.

Oh sure, heated and moisturized in the nose and all that textbook stuff...that helps too.
