More important than the hours is how you feel. If you feel well and rested then you've got nothing to worry about.

About 15 years ago I actually had a colleague (55-60 years old male), who slept around 6 hours per night. I worked close to him over 5 years and as far as I know he was always happy, well rested and energetic - so I guess he got all the sleep he needed.

If you’re like him you can look at it this way, you freaks get an extra vacation month every year - that isn’t fair. Now, I’m going to call my chief right away and ask for more money - lol.
