Auto Adjust LT (Exhale puffs?)

I keep seeing exhale puffs on my data download every day. I know what this means, So last night I taped my mouth closed and I know that I didn't breathe out of my mouth.

But the data still shows exhale puffs (total of 7) is there somthing else that will make the Auto Adjust LT read as a exhale puff? If so what?
