This test was unacceptable. Do not pay for it!!

Advise your insurance company likewise. They have no business not having a mask that fits, unless you have a severe deformity (which I doubt is the issue here). If that were the case, you would have made arrangments before-hand.

This is just as unacceptable as having somebody blow into the hose all night because there was no working CPAP machine.
