Heya Kevin-
i think i understand what you are talking about. UPPP is the surgey that it looks like i will be having - it seems that my only problem is the soft pallet- i notice problems with it when i wake up - when im in the shower- when im tryin to blow my nose- it like shuts the airway- when i was a little kid they could never get me up- (35 now) i do not know if my tongue contributes to this problem but i feel confident that it is only my soft pallet- i would much rather have the surgery for the chance that it may work than have to go on cpap- but i need to calculate that i am the right candidate for it - i will need to check into the tongue situation to see if it is a problem with me. do you know of people that have had the surgery and had success? if so i wonder what the common denominator is
