You're DME obviously doesn't know what they are doing and you are paying the price for it (in more ways than just $$$). Go to the Sleep Mall and visit the website for CpapMan. Contact him immediately. You have the wrong size pillows and are probably missing certain parts that you need for the Adams circuit to work properly. From others posts, I also suggest that you consider ordering CpapMan's Conjo headgear for the Adams Circuit. Joe (CpapMan) can get you fixed up right and quickly and very reasonably. Once you get everything set up correctly, I believe you will really like the pillows.

Also, dump your DME. What she is doing is unethical and should be illegal.
