The pillows do not to fit that far into your nose.

I use the Adam circuit and I love it, I have tried ten other mask and the Adam circuit is the only that I can use, and I have no leaks.

Pleace go the the cpapman site in the sleep mall and look at the sites He has it's called making nasal pillows work and also the one that is called secret stuff about nasal pillows.

It was a big help to me and you can call and talk to Joe the cpapman and He will help you. Let me know what you think about the site and if it helped.
