You are absolutely correct to expect a fully attended xPAP titration study. I recommend that you ask your doctor specifically for that (PSG with Rx), and if he won't do it, seek another physician.

An unattended autoPAP "titration study" is a very poor way to develop a therapeutic PAP value.
