I was at the service office for about 30-45 minutes using the Autopap. My chest hurt the rest of the afternoon. I am small 5'3", small boned and usually breathe shallow anyway, so this was a big change. I also noticed that everything seemed brighter and I was more alert afterwards. All that deep breathing must've woke me up. LOL Lauralee
