Thanks for the feedback. I wasn't sure if I was getting anal about this whole apnea thing or whether it was a reasonable question to ask.

I also didn't know whether the unattended autoPAP titration actually was adequate most of the time. If that's the case, I just needed to chill a little and give it a chance.

I think I recall reading that you work in a sleep lab?
