I first tried a small Nasal Aire and went to a medium but still have some problems. Sounds like several things are going on. First, on the small the tubing is short. You may have recieved one of the earlier version that had really-really short tubing. They have since replaced the small tubing with some longer tubing. So, you might want to look into that. They should provide you with longer tubing.
As to the leakage, take a look in the mirror and you may notice that your nares may be slightly different in size. Mine are. With the small I had terrible leakage (although it seemed more comfortable in my nose). With the medium I get a little bit of leakage in just my left nare depending on how the canula is positioned in my nose. Sometimes I have to adjust it several times to stop the leakage. I also have a deviated septum which prevents the canulas from going very far up my nose. As a result, I get way too much noise from the mask. I wish the mask fit my nares better with less noise, because it really is comfortable to sleep with. Good luck to you.
