Sorry you're still having problems! Honestly, I can't imagine condensation going on in your nose.
I have a cold right now, and instead of nasal sprays, I crank my humidifier up to max, and I sit with it for a few minutes. The sinus congestion actually clears enough for me to sleep. I'd try a higher setting. If you get rainout in the hose despite insulation, try wrapping two heating pads around the hose with velcro. I know it sounds clugey, but it allows me to use as much moisture as I need.
Definitely do some experimentation and find out what happens with different humidity settings. Have you posed this problem to your sleep specialist? They might have a useful contribution to make.
Lastly, be aware that when you're waking up and clearing your nose, you are probably frustrated, agitated and so on, which is going to make it harder to fall back asleep. Try doing some deep breathing and think of relaxing things. Remember that waking up is actually a normal part of each sleep cycle, and going back to sleep can be influenced by the anxiety caused by trying to figure all this out. Hang in!
