When I spoke to Innomed I was told that the nosepiece is designed so that it only needs to go in the nares as far as the ridge on the nosepiece is. It won't hurt anything to insert it further, but it is not necessary. I was also told that the tubing is now the same on all sizes. If there's enough leakage to make a lot of noise wouldn't a larger size fix that?
