Lauralee--I am not using any flow generator therapy at present. I started the surgical route about a year ago (tried autopap a few months ago, to no avail). I have had the somno-tongue, deviated septum, hyoid suspension and the genioglossus advancement. My overnight oxygen saturation has jumped from the 82 to 84 range with spikes down to the mid 70s up 94 with no spikes below 92. My RDI has gone form almost 90 to 40. So I am sleeping mildy better some nights. My doctors are trying to work out the insurance and the logistics for the MMA. If that woks like it did for my cousin, my RDI should drop below 5. He was worse off than I and his RDI went to 2.
