That's good to know. Mine just barely fits inside the nares. I thought that was part of the noise problem, but I guess not.

I had to get a medium (just a few weeks ago) and the tubing is much longer than the "new" small tubing. That would be a good thing if all the tubing is now the same size.

I had too much leakage with the small, that is why I got a medium. For the most part I don't have leakage with the medium (except some minor in the left nare if the canula isn't positioned correctly). The large would have been gigantic for my short nose.

I'm changing out my CPAP which I think may help with the noise problem I'm having.
