I had the same problem with my Nasal Aire. After I finally had to take it off and go without my CPAP one night because the tubing kept slipping off as soon as I put it back on I called my DME provider the next morning. She told me it was due to a manufacturer's defect and Innomed was sending some new ones to her. I had to wait a few days until she got them and delivered my new mask to me, so in the mean time I super glued the little plastic connector into the tubing. The connector seemed to stay in the nose piece alright so I didn't glue that. I had to open up the hole in the connector with scissors because for some reason the plastic had softened and the hole was pushed shut every time I put the connector into the tubing and the nose piece.
A word of advice to anyone who has the Nasal Aire. If you have not received one of the new redesigned Nasal Aire masks you need to. I could not believe the difference when I used the new one. They have redesigned the way the tubing connects to the nose piece and the difference in the amount of air which came through was unbelievable. The difference between the amount of air coming through my old Nasal Aire and the new one was like the difference between a gentle breeze and a hurricane. Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating, but it was a huge difference. I now know why CPAP didn't seem to be doing much for me and why, after starting to feel better the first week or two I started feeling like I did before CPAP. It's been two weeks since I received my new Nasal Aire and I am finally starting to see a real difference in how I feel.
Sorry this is so long. Bottom line is if the tubing keeps coming off or your Nasal Aire you need to ask for a new one.
