It goes up to 18, and I own it. The issue came up when I mentioned to my sleep doctor that I would need a new machine if the prescription went over 18. He responsed that Bi-PAP is generally recommneded if you go over 15.

BTW, I started at 11 in 1999, and am up to 15 now.
