My understanding is that your body produces a hormone that reduces urine production while you are sleeping. If you don't sleep right, not much of the hormone is produced and the urine production is not reduced. So, either you have to get up a lot in the middle of the night or you have enuresis, depending, perhaps, on how soundly you sleep. If this is true, it's not linked so much with OSA as poor sleep of any kind.
