Well, no offense about saying "bottom of the line", but I guess what i meant was frill-less and most inexpensive...not that maybe that sounds any better. As it turns out though, I was misinformed...the health care worker brought me a rather oldish looking model 8000 series instead of the 9000 series. Do they even make these anymore?
It seems to be I should be able to keep the compact size and still add a humidifier, which I do need because of my rather bad sinus and allergy problems.
As for the mask they brought me, it is a standard headgear mask with the nose cover. Again, this is what I got...no choice of trying out other delivery systems...they went with exactly what I used in my sleep testing because it seemed to work...which actually was only because I was so exhausted since we did a split night test that they could have strapped a ferret to my face and i still would have slept from exhaustion.
