I am a new user of only 2 weeks. I am using a Res Med Spirit auto adjusting machine with a detachable built on warm humidifier. It has many of the features you mentioned and then some. This machine is fairly new in the USA. Res Med is also coming out with a new mask they call a Mirage Vista that looks good to me. My RT is trying to get me one. This might be one for you to look at. I really like mine so far but I havent had another to compare to.
