Ben, I use the Respironics Remstar Plus and the heated humidifer that goes with it. It is very quiet and compact. I've been very pleased with it. The internet store that has the best price for it now is cpaponline in the Sleepmall. This store has a special package deal if you buy both cpap and the humidifer. You can reach the sleep mall from this site. As for masks - I've tried
five different ones and have had great success with the Breeze nasal pillows.
