Thank you for your reply. I will definitely take a look at the unit you recommend. I'm glad you also mentioned masks as I took that for granted. Last night, I had my first sleep with my CPAP and I only made it halfway before I'd somehow tore the mask off during the night. I tried to put it back on, but I did a great job of ripping off the padding around the nose somehow and also tore off a strap. I managed to repair it this morning, but I am going to ask my doctor if I can look at nasal pillows as I have heard they are less obtrusive.
