I have very oily skin and have experienced the same problem. If I wash my mask every morning and wash my face (with a washcloth and soap, not just rubbing on soap with my hands) every night I almost always get a good seal. Make sure your mask and your face are dry. Naturally when I roll from side-to-side I often lose the seal and have to re-adjust but in time you become used to that and go right back to sleep. Good luck and just give it time. Do not give up!
