I want to thank all of you who have contributed to helping myself and others suffering from sleep disorders. I have been on the cpap for the last two years. The first six months was a rocky road adjusting to the machine (there were a few nights that I tossed the mask across the room in frustration). I found this message board just after receiving my cpap and was encouraged that I was not alone in my nightly struggle. Eventually I was able to sleep through the night with my cpap. The benefits of continued nights of REAL sleep are more than worth the battle of enduring sleep studies and battling the cpap. Again, thank you and happy dreams.
